Partnerships with global multi-nationals and SMEs from the entire value chain

Our industry partners are innovators in the fields related to our innovation areas. From multinationals to small SMEs, they represent the complete value chain from raw materials to the final product. There is no limit to the number of partners in our open innovation initiatives and we are continuously looking for new companies to join.

University collaborations

Holst Centre has strong links with some of the leading technical Universities in Benelux, including the Eindhoven University of Technology, the K.U. Leuven and the University of Twente. A number of our researchers combine their position at Holst Centre with a part-time professorship.
On top of this, we have access to a vast international network of universities through bilateral projects and via European or other funded projects. As a result, many PhD students and master thesis students from these universities are working on the technology programs at Holst Centre.

Clinical evaluation
To validate the results obtained with prototypes developed in our innovation areas, Holst Centre has engaged in strategic partnerships with national and international hospitals and institutes. In collaboration with these partners, we work to improve diagnostics for medical purposes.
